Match the Width Number to one of the options on this page: Wide (57), Extra Wide (60) or Super Wide (64). Then choose a Length Letter that is closest. The condom length should be slightly longer than penis length to ensure you get full coverage.
Option 2: Measure with a ruler. You’ll need a strip of paper and a ruler. Wrap the strip of paper around the widest part of your erection, marking where it overlaps. Measure that length on the paper with a ruler to get your girth measurement (inches). Match that up to one of the width options on this page; see below for: Wide, Extra Wide, or Super Wide. Measure length & then choose the closest. The condom length should be slightly longer than penis length to ensure you get full coverage.
